These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website iyengaryogawithceci.com and apply to all purchases made through the site, including class plans, bookings, workshops, and physical products from our online shop. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.

Group Classes

CLASSES, PLANS & WORKSHOPS

No classes on public holidays.
Classes pause for 2 weeks in summer and 2 weeks during Christmas.
Bookings close 3 hours before the session starts.
Free cancellation is available up to 8 hours before the class starts.
No refunds/recredit for late cancellations or no-shows.

All purchases are final. Iyengar Yoga with Ceci does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions on services or products due to change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason. Exceptions may be made only in cases of medical illness, by presenting a valid medical certificate clearly stating the period during which physical activity is not permitted.
Unused credits will not be refunded or extended.
Class plans are for individual use only and may not be shared with others.
Iyengar Yoga with Ceci is not responsible for any additional fees charged by third-party platforms or payment apps due to failed or incomplete transactions.
If you require an invoice, please provide your full name, NIF and address by email.

It is the student's responsibility to inform of any medical or physical conditions that may affect their ability to practice safely at all times. Please take care of your bodies and practice mindfully and consciously.

Private Classes

MONTHLY BOOKINGS & PAYMENT

Classes are paid in advance, by the 5th of each month and before the first class of the month.
A monthly invoice will be sent for each month according to the number of classes in the selected schedule.
If you expect to attend fewer classes due to travel or other commitments, notice must be provided before the monthly invoice is issued, so the number of sessions can be adjusted. If notice is not provided in time, the corresponding classes will be charged.
If you require an invoice, please provide your full name, NIF and address by email.

REGULARITY & CANCELLATION

Private class times are reserved exclusively for you. Regular attendance is therefore expected from September to July.
If regular attendance cannot be maintained, I may not be able to reserve the weekly time slot for you.
To cancel a monthly service, 30 days’ notice is required. If the full notice period is not respected, the corresponding period will be charged, as the time slot is reserved exclusively for you.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Cancellation or change to a class must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. With sufficient notice, the class can be rescheduled, subject to availability, within the following two weeks.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged and the class will be considered used.

Online Shop

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within Portugal and the EU via trusted courier services.
Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or incorrect addresses.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
All return shipments must be sent via a traceable, insured service. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt.
