Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website iyengaryogawithceci.com and apply to all purchases made through the site, including class plans, bookings, workshops, and physical products from our online shop. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.

Classes, Plans & Workshops

  • All purchases are final. Iyengar Yoga with Ceci does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions on services or products due to change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason. Exceptions may be made only in cases of medical illness, by presenting a valid medical certificate clearly stating the period during which physical activity is not permitted.

  • Unused credits will not be refunded or extended.

  • No refunds/recredit for late cancellations or no-shows.

  • Class plans are for individual use only and may not be shared with others.

  • It is the student's responsibility to inform of any medical or physical conditions that may affect their ability to practice safely at all times. Please take care of your bodies and practice mindfully and consciously.

  • Iyengar Yoga with Ceci is not responsible for any additional fees charged by third-party platforms or payment apps due to failed or incomplete transactions.

Online Shop

1. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within Portugal and the EU via trusted courier services.

  • Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or incorrect addresses.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • All return shipments must be sent via a traceable, insured service. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt.
