Classes last 1:15h. Practice begins the moment you arrive at the studio. We’ll start with an invocation to Patanjali, followed by the week's subject and end with a deep guided relaxation, in Savasana.

Families of asanas are organised through weeks, to cover the whole spectrum of asanas. Considering a a month to have  4 weeks, they are organised like this: First week: standing asanas. Second week: sitting and forward bend asanas. Third week: abdominal asanas and backbends. Fourth week: restorative.
